Bullions are made by wrapping a fine metal strip tightly around a tiny rod, forming a compact coil. These coils are then cut into smaller pieces and utilised in a similar way to beads in the embroidery process.
In contemporary Goldwork, we have expanded the traditional palette to include an array of vibrant coloured bullions. This allows for greater creativity and versatility in design, enabling artists to craft stunning pieces that blend the classic elegance of Goldwork with modern aesthetics.
